The rapper Eminem said it before, and I thought let me go out strong and use it as well for my food adventure I want to share with you here.

By way of introduction myself first to everyone reading or is interested in reading about food, lifestyles, my stories, and my passions.

Hi, my name is Yohan, this is my writing name by the way. I am or actually was a professionally schooled chef that worked in the restaurant business for 20 years. I have worked in a variety of different styles of restaurants. From high-end and fine dining restaurants, to bistros, dinners, and high-end hotels. I have also done a lot of cooking workshops, paid and on a voluntary basis for many of different kinds of people.

My goal was and still is to learn as much as possible and expand my knowledge about lifestyles, cultures, food, worldly dishes, the history behind these dishes and products what makes a dish unique, not forgetting how to grow your own food and knowing where things come from. That said, I love to share my gained experiences and knowledge with everyone who is open to listen and learn from it. I always talk or say things from my perspective and how I interpreted it from my personal views. Not saying that what I say is right or wrong but more how I experienced it in my own life and what I learned from others and from my own experience.

That being said, you are here reading this, because something sparked your interest about some information, knowledge, vision, or advice I can give you. So, we have some common interests together, what I think is really awesome!

And I will keep updating and adding more and more new and classic recipes, stories, information about all that has to do with lifestyles, spices and so many other things to this website.
